SEND
All children, including those with disabilities and special needs have access to the National Curriculum. Our school follows closely the SEND Code of Practice. We want all children to achieve their best including those with special needs. Most of the extra support children are given takes place within the classroom, although there are occasions when it is more appropriate to withdraw children to another room. Parents are consulted about extra support given and views are exchanged. Support is identified at termly pupil progress meetings and recorded on a provision map that clearly identifies needs and targets.
SEND PolicY & Code of PRACTICE
Our SEND policy reflects the SEND code of practice both of which are outlined below.

SEND REPORT
The document below outlines the SEND provision at Coteford Infant School.
SRP AT COTEFORD INFANT SCHOOL
At Coteford Infant School we are privileged to have a Specialist Resource Provision for 10 children with physical disabilities across the school.
The children are taught in the mainstream classes alongside their peers and participate in all the
activities we have to offer.
Hillingdon Local Offer & Ordinarily Available Provision
Hillingdon's local offer provides information for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their parents/carers. It allows families to see what they can expect from a range of local agencies and how to access them.
