Coteford Infant School

At Coteford Infant School we use The Pantry catering company to supply our hot meals at lunchtime. If you want you child to have a hot meal you will need to place an order via The Pantry website. On admission you will receive a login and details of how to order. All infant school children are entitled to a free school lunch so there is no cost involved. You may prefer to send your child to school with a packed lunch and this is okay. You can even mix and match, having hot lunch on some days and packed lunches on others. If you do choose packed lunches you need to remember we are a nut free school. This means, that absolutely NO ingredients that contain nuts can be brought into school. This includes sandwiches containing well known brands of chocolate spread! Your child's packed lunch should be healthy and well balanced. We see some wonderful packed lunches brought into the dining hall including a variety of fresh vegetables, diced fruit, rice with vegetables, pasta and vegetables and a variety of healthy sandwiches and wraps. Please note that grapes must be cut up as they are a choking hazard for young children. Fizzy drinks and sweets are not allowed.
